Amanat Credit 13

In Kyrgyzstan, the local economy runs on small-scale businesses. In shops, at markets, and in rural areas, entrepreneurs like Sakhadatkan and her husband work every day to build their income. With a loan from Amanat Credit, they can restock their goods, absorb seasonal fluctuations, and keep their customers served.

The project

The financial sector in Kyrgyzstan is developing slowly. Limited access to capital and high interest rates make financing difficult to find for many small entrepreneurs. Especially in rural areas, loans are often too expensive or simply unavailable. Traditional banks require collateral that entrepreneurs like Sakhadatkan cannot provide. As a result, they often run their businesses from day to day, without room to invest or plan ahead.

Amanat Credit breaks through this barrier. As a microfinance institution, the organization provides accessible loans to entrepreneurs who are left out by traditional banks. With a loan from Amanat Credit, they can invest in stock and better absorb seasonal fluctuations.

More than half of Amanat Credit's clients are women, and the organization is led by a female CEO. Amanat Credit supports small entrepreneurs in remote areas of Kyrgyzstan with microloans and financial education, strengthening their self-sufficiency.

Will you give entrepreneurs like Sakhadatkan the opportunity to grow their business further?
